Downloads are sent to your e-mail within 24 hours of purchase. 

Physical items (DVDs, CDs etc.) are shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery time is from 1 to 2 weeks from time of order.  Shipping is free for all items.

Returns

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the order confirmation and in new or otherwise original condition with all original packaging for a full purchase price refund.  DVDs and CDs must not be opened.  

Downloads are nonrefundable

If the product is defective we will replace it free.
